Jared is an active participant in the culinary community. As a national board member of Lakeland Marketing, he spearheads the company’s strategic direction, ensuring it stays ahead of the curve. Moreover, Jared’s 12-year tenure on the board of the Colorado Chefs Association showcases his unwavering dedication to the industry and his commitment to fostering growth and collaboration.
Tricia Nowicki, daughter of our company’s founder Tom Grill, has been an integral part of the company for decades. As the Office Manager, Tricia’s versatile skill set and deep understanding of the business have played a crucial role in its success. From her early days as food show staff to her current role as Office Manager, Tricia’s journey has encompassed various positions within Lakeland Marketing, including account executive and school/bid specialist. Her extensive experience and unwavering commitment to excellence have been invaluable in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining strong client relationships.
Outside of their professional endeavors, Jared and Tricia are proud parents to a daughter attending Colorado State University, fostering a strong connection to their community and the local area.
